Another pop of my southern cooking cherry...
Today for lunch I made fried catfish nuggets. I posted all about it at the recipe site. But I just needed another chance to brag about it. ;)
They were SO GOOD! YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW!
Otherwise, I'm not being very productive today. I worked out this morning...then completely negated that working out with the fried catfish...damn. But I did use veggie oil! Somewhat healthy!
I really do need to get these halloween decorations out. Any minute now...yep.
and this is what Sadie looks like when you start puttering around the kitchen.
